Do you worry about what people think about your new MLM business? Are you afraid to talk to people that you know to share with them the great opportunity that you are in. There are a lot of people who are really scared to talk to their friends, family and co-workers for fear of rejection. Some people cannot handle
being told "NO" to and they just quit their business before it even has a chance to show any results.
Isn't amazing how we base what we do on the opinions of others. We ask our broke uncle Joe about our business and he says, "I heard about something like that, it's a scam, I would not do that if I were you." The crazy thing about that is, we listen to broke uncle Joe. My question is "WHY!"
Why do we listen to people who are not successful, have never been successful and have no intention on being successful, when we want to be successful?
I ran across something that I read in one of my favorite books "The Slight Edge" that you may find very interesting. There was an article about funerals, and it stated that "At the average funeral about 10 people cry." It also stated that " Once those ten people cried, blew their nose and it was over, the number one factor that would determine how many people would go on from the funeral to attend the actual burial would be the weather!" WOW!
It continued on to state that, "If it was raining only fifty percent of the people who attended the funeral would decide not to go to your funeral." Now that really sucks. This show you that the sky shed more tears with the rain than the actual people that say that they have loved you over your lifetime. People cry more for singers, professional ball players, movie stars and they do not even know them!. That is so depressing, but at the same time can actually start to have you look at life and your business in a totally different way.
If that is all of the people who really cared about you and your accomplishments anyway then why are you so concerned with what they think?. Why worry about them rejecting you? When I read that it totally changed me and how I looked at my business and my life. I no longer care what people think.
I share my business with everyone and if they are not smart enough to realize that whether it is my business or a business that they feel passionate about, if they want to be truly successful they have to do something different than what they are doing.
If they decide not to at least look at what I am doing, I DO NOT CARE! You should not either. My suggestion is to keep sharing what you do with everyone that is interested, keep enjoying, and keep loving what you do. Be bold and determined and your success will not be denied!
Please share this with everyone that you know who may feel or have felt this way before and I am sure that after hearing about the funeral they will also look at things a little differently.
